Precautions with regard to the coronavirus
Anker Crew Insurance too has taken precautions with respect to the coronavirus decease (Covid-19) spread that may affect our reachability. Please read the details below.
We do our utmost to guarantee our services the best we can. It may occur that you have to wait for a reply from our side longer than you are used to with us. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

All staff of Anker is working from home as from this date. For a few of us, this may give some starting problems. We expect to have this fixed in the course of this week.
It may happen that you cannot reach us by phone sometimes. Or that you will be connected with someone other than your contact person. We ask your patience for this.
For the coming weeks, we kindly request you to communicate with us by email preferably.
That enables us to answer your question at a moment that is less occupied.

Basically, we have the same facilities at home as in the office. We will handle your questions as soon as possible. However, it may occur that you will have to wait a bit longer for a reply than you are used to.
At this moment it is difficult to repatriate insured persons or to have them transported from one country to another because of the travel limitations. This may affect those insured persons that require less urgent healthcare.
The measures that are mentioned above will at least be valid until 6 April 2020.
